Caryn Walsh is a much sought after international leadership and team development specialist, lecturer, facilitator, conference speaker, executive coach and transformational change agent.
Over an impressive 25 year career, she has worked in private practice, lectured at two leading Sydney based universities for over a decade and has consulted to countless organisations in Australia and overseas in areas of leadership, team development and organisational psychology and resilience.
At the helm of Pure Magic International Business Solutions Pty Ltd, Caryn leads an impressive and highly educated team who focus on ‘Growing People and Transforming Organisations’ in the corporate, community and education sectors,
Under her leadership, Pure Magic works extensively in Australia and the South Pacific Region, with a focus on Fiji. Pure Magic’s work in Fiji is across government, education, private enterprises, banks, hospitality and the hotel industry. Caryn is currently working on Laucala Island developing leaders at all levels. She describes the Island as ‘heaven on earth.’

With various degrees in psychology, communications and a Masters in counselling, Caryn is accredited in a string of organisational personality, team building, leadership and emotional intelligence tools.
Sue, an experienced psychologist and facilitator, has been helping individuals and teams maximize their potential for over thirty years.
Having worked with corporations, community groups and families, both nationally and internationally over her career, Sue has achieved outstanding business success by applying a number of modalities in her work, including transformational learning, positive and cognitive psychology and most importantly, emotional intelligence.
Sue runs successful practices in Bowral and Goulburn and her areas of interests include conflict resolution, dealing with change, loss and grief, accidental counselling and helping people deal with bullying and harassment.
Her vision to share her knowledge with others resulted in one of her highest achievements – to co-found Pure Magic International Training Solutions. She is also responsible for the development of the online learning arm of the organization.
With an honours degree in psychology and with expert insight into human motivation and behaviour, Sue is well known for her ability to help others transform their lives.
With 35 years as a senior executive and consultant to private industry, government and not-for-profit sectors in the field of strategy development and implementation, business improvement, executive coaching, project and change management, Ian has worked both within Australia and internationally.
As a lead consultant, facilitator and business coach, he has developed a strong track record of applying his strategic knowledge and experience to deliver tangible benefits for clients, particularly in challenging environments undergoing change and significant transformation.
As a specialist in board performance, director services, assisting peak industry bodies and SME businesses with diagnostic research and organisational change, Ian has successfully executed key strategic development, research, and outsourced management projects for government and peak professional organisations.
He is a Fellow of Australian Institute of Company Directors, an Associate Consultant with the Advanced Manufacturing Centre, an Enterprise Connect Executive Leadership and Mentoring registered consultant, an AIG Small Business Advisory Services – Natural Disaster Assistance Program consultant, an Accredited Business Mentor (ISMPE), and a Business Advisor for the NSW Government Small Biz Connect program and The Small Business Institute.
He brings a wide range of knowledge and experience to the Pure Magic Team.
A Human Resources specialist, Gail Miller has enjoyed an impressive career with a focus on people and organisational performance, both as an in-house practitioner and as an external Management Consultant.
She specializes in change management, HR organisational strategy and development, recruitment and retention of staff, competency and performance assessment, people development and coaching andmentoring for leadership and personal empowerment.
She has worked with Membership and Not for Profit organizations, Government Agencies, and Corporate and Private sector companies in Australia and internationally.
Her career highlights include working on a global HR best practice programme and running a HR professional services consultancy.
She has a sense of purpose and curiosity and her clients’ and colleagues attest to her determination and wide ranging broad based knowledge.
Her qualifications include Journalism, Arts, Business Studies, Leadership and Management.
With over 16 years working in the FMCG space for major global corporates, Mariyana brings to the team multi-disciplined expertise in Marketing and Human resources.
Her experience encompasses significant knowledge of organisational change and engagement activities, Leadership, Learning and Organisational development, Coaching and Mentoring and a sound background in all types of media.
She has qualifications from the Australian Graduate School of Management and accreditations from the Executive Coaching Institute of Australia she is also an MBTI Certified practitioner.
