Do you look around you and think about how other people are not as quick as you are, competent as you are, good at their job as you are or not knowledgeable enough?
Do you get irritable with other drivers in the traffic who drive at a snail-pace (or too fast) and seem confused and unsure about where they are going?
It could be that your expectations of others are too high. Perhaps you are prepared to push yourself and get things done in your way, and expect others to do the same. Maybe you are not as patient as you could be and find that you are often behind people who are too slow, too confused and just plain incompetent?
Look at your expectations. Are they too high? Do you expect more from others than you should? Do you place your own set of values and beliefs on others that they should do what you do, in the same way?
Think about this. Are your expectations too high?
