There are so many rules and regulations that tell us what we can do, what we cannot do, when we can do it, where we can’t do it…. and so it continues.
Rules are there for a reason. To maintain an organised, lawful society.
Within this, create impact in your own life and that of others.
Think about Nelson Mandela. When he was released from prison after 27 years incarceration in a 6 x 6 ft prison cell, he came out curious, compassionate, considered and most of all – forgiving.
He left the world a legacy of compassion, broad-mindedness, vision and forgiveness. He taught us all extra-ordinary lessons if we choose to listen and learn from people like him.
What’s your impact?
Define what you really want to do during this time called life, what your goals are and what legacy you would like to leave when one day you are gone.
– What memories do you want others to have of you?
– What words would you like others to use to describe you, such as kind and thoughtful?
– What impact do you want your loved ones to remember you having on their lives?
