Programme Contents

Pre-Programme Analysis with participants to understand gaps in knowledge and key areas for development as an Emerging Leader

Module one: We explore a range of different aspects of emerging leadership, such as Leading with Impact, Leadership Styles, Core Leadership Competencies, Influencing and Motivating Others, Communicating with Confidence and Relationship Management, for example

Module two: Building on Module one, participants learn more about Successfully Supervising Others, Managing Performance and Providing Effective Feedback, for example

Module three: In this final Module, participants are taught a range of practical skills in emerging leadership, including how to deliver Impactful Presentations, Facilitate Groups and Run Effective Meetings, for example

 

Programme Structure

  • The seven stage Programme is run over 9 – 12 months
  • Five face to face Programmes are delivered. Teleconferences, SKYPE and webinars are held where relevant
  • Between session case-studies, readings and ongoing research are part of the Programme, ensuring participants engage in ongoing learning to further enhance their leadership knowledge and apply it in their roles.
