This Programme considers the way that different personalities impact each other in the workplace and looks at how team members often work against harmonious team diversity. Strategies are given to help participants work well with each other and to create collaborative working relationships over time.
Outcomes include understand the nature of personalities, the ways in which we differ from each other, an understanding of the MBTI personality tool and practical strategies to implement in the workplace to create collaborative teams.
