Brief Description
This interactive Programme teaches participants how to work with groups effectively. Key skills are introduced, including how to engage with the group, ways in which to get team members to participate in sessions, effective ways to deal with emotions in the room, the use of technology and other training aids and creative interventions to increase interest.
Outcomes
Key outcomes include group engagement, dealing with difficult people in the group, effective preparation for facilitation and a range of creative strategies and interventions to use when facilitating a group.
