Brief Description
Whilst many people engage with change positively and are happy about it, for others it brings uncertainty, insecurity and anxiety. This Program has been designed for all staff, regardless of where they sit on the change continuum. Interactive with insightful aspects to provoke new thoughts about change, this 3-hour Programme gives participants a better understanding of the necessity for change in organisations and how to respond to it in a more positive and productive way.
