Stress, Self-care and Work Life Balance

Brief Description

This practical Programme considers a range of different aspects relating to stress, self-care and how to achieve work-life balance. The use of exercises and experiential activities are used to assist participants to learn more about this topic.


Participants learn how to understand their own stress, the impact of stress on them, the causes of their stress and what strategies to implement to keep their stress at healthy levels. A model of self-care is introduced, which is linked to an action plan to create work-life balance.
