Team Building Workshop 1: Top Team – Creating high performance

Participants are taught the basics of what a team is, how to create a highly performing team and their role in moving their team development to high performance.  Personality types are used to teach the value of diversity in teams, as is a Code of Conduct, and various tools to continue towards high performance.

Team Building Workshop 3: Emotionally Intelligent Teams

We teach participants the competencies of emotional intelligence in a practical way, making them competent that when being emotionally intelligent,  we all enjoy great relationships at work and at home.  Once they understand what emotional intelligence is and how to be that way in teams, the atmosphere and communication always improves, as do workplace relationships at all levels.

Team Building Workshop 2:  Communicating with Confidence as a Team

A real problem in most teams, participants are shown a range of strategies and techniques to use to improve communication in their teams, including various processes they can adopt to enhance relationships and reduce silo’s and workplace conflict.

Team Building Workshop 4: Goal, Action Plans and Strategies

We design (or go over) goals, action plans and strategies to see what’s working and what needs updating.  An important day, we help participant assess and introduce strategies and organisational development tools to increase effectiveness and performance

Team Building Workshop 5:  Accountability Day – are we doing what we said we would do and are we winning?

The day of reckoning (although they are all through the Program!)  We help participants assess what they are doing, how successful they have been and where they need help to improve and change strategies to be more effective.
